Absolutely. Be confident in signing up for any membership, as we provide a flexible cancellation policy within the first 4 weeks. If, by the end of 4 weeks, you decide it’s not a good fit, you may cancel your membership with no obligation. Please feel free to contact us at any time, and our team will be happy to assist you in choosing the best membership option based on your goals and preferences.
For those who seek consistency and stability in their fitness routine, a fixed personal trainer and fixed time slots are valuable perks. Fixed personal trainers are expert trainers who are assigned to you based on your unique needs and preferences. They are committed to your progress and will serve as your mentor and motivator throughout your fitness journey.
You will meet with your personal trainer at the same reserved time slot each week, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a specific person to work with and a consistent training schedule, this option is perfect for you. This feature is available with our Achiever, Striver and Explorer memberships.
We offer membership plans with commitment options ranging from 0 to 12 months. The commitment level refers to the length of the contract that you are agreeing to when you become a member. For those who prefer more flexibility, we offer a no-commitment option that allows for a month-to-month arrangement with the ability to cancel at any time (4 weeks notice always included). Regardless of the commitment level, all payments are recurring and processed automatically every 4 weeks for your convenience.
There is a 4-week cancellation notice prior to your membership reactivation, regardless of your membership plan and contract. If you fail to cancel your membership 4 weeks in advance, your membership plan will be extended. Please note that it isn’t possible to cancel your membership until the contract duration is over. As for sessions, there is a 36-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled sessions. If you cancel your session less than 36 hours from the scheduled time, the session will be considered consumed and will not be eligible for rescheduling. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that you reschedule your session ahead of time if you are unable to make it, and we'll always do our best to find a solution that works for you. Also, please refer to the Cancellation Policy in our Terms & Conditions.
Any membership works well for frequent travelers. With our memberships, your credits carry over to the next 2 billing periods, giving you an 8-week window to catch up on any missed sessions. Your unused credits automatically roll over, providing peace of mind and flexibility for managing your sessions.
Pausing is not possible. If you wish to cancel your membership, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for instructions. It's important to keep in mind that once you cancel your membership, even if only temporarily, any associated perks, like fixed personal trainer or fixed time slots, will be canceled as well.
To make things easy and convenient for you, we automatically bill you every 4 weeks. Please ensure that you have enough funds in your account to avoid any disruption and session cancellations. Also, please note that it is only possible to use your membership once the payment is processed.

While we encourage you to maximize your credits within your billing period, please keep in mind that our resources have limits. The availability of your preferred trainer isn't guaranteed if you accumulate too many credits. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but availability remains subject to capacity.
