Movement and sport have always been a fundamental part of my life. From a young age, they were my way of connecting with friends, managing stress, and pushing my limits. Although I initially pursued a financial degree, upon completion, I realized it wasn’t my true calling. Personal training found me at a pivotal moment, and I haven’t looked back since.
My philosophy centres around promoting holistic well-being through effective training practices, balanced eating habits, and quality sleep. I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of feeling good with as many people as possible. My personal training journey has enabled me to help clients of all ages—whether it’s building strength and leanness or assisting individuals in their 70s to feel better than they have in decades.
One of the most meaningful transformations I’ve witnessed as a personal trainer involved a family member diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a debilitating autoimmune disease where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks the nerves. It turned his world upside down, taking him from living independently to needing a walker and assistance with even the smallest daily tasks.
Determined to help him regain his strength, we began a journey of gradual progress. We started with simple exercises, focusing on balanced nutrition, better sleep, and stress reduction. Nine months later, he’s walking on the beach, driving, and moving with nearly the same ease as before the illness. His recovery has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, showing the power of perseverance and holistic health practices.
I believe that when you feel good, you do good. I’m committed to empowering my clients to live their healthiest, happiest lives, one session at a time.
