Hi, my name is Matan, and I’m a new personal trainer at Omnia. For me, training was never just about fitness – it became a vehicle for self-improvement. Every workout showed me progress, and I realized the same mindset can transform every other area of life.
My philosophy is simple: health first. Looking healthy and being healthy are not the same. When you train with health as the foundation, strength, muscle, and confidence will naturally follow.I learned this through my own challenges, and it shaped me as a coach.
I believe in three pillars:
Progress fuels motivation. Even small wins keep us moving forward.
Consistency beats perfection. The best plan means nothing if it can’t be sustained.
Individualization. Everyone’s body, lifestyle, and preferences are different – so every program should reflect that.
My role is to help clients step just outside their comfort zone, support them, and hold them accountable. I see myself as their biggest fan.
One of my clients, a 76-year-old woman, came in with insomnia, back pain, and difficulty carrying groceries. After a few months, she was sleeping naturally, carrying her shopping with ease, and walking hours every day on a trip to Venice. Her quality of life changed completely.
Another client, a 31-year-old entrepreneur, wanted healthy habits to perform better at work. Together we built routines that boosted his productivity and added 7 kg of muscle, which gave him huge confidence in business.
At Omnia, I found everything I value – professionalism, high-quality equipment, a supportive community, and a team that pushes each other to grow. My goal is to bring my perspective, share knowledge, and help every client create lasting change.
Starting something new can be intimidating – but the first step is always the hardest. Remember: something is better than nothing. If you don’t know where to start, that’s what I’m here for. Let’s take that step together.
