As from a very young age I experienced the dynamic nature of life I live in. While being passionate about long outdoor hikes, team sports like floorball and cycling, I noticed the obvious link of all these activities – movement. This encouraged me to move to the Netherlands to study physiotherapy to help people optimize their health in order to do things they love doing.

I was born in Latvia, however my studies and internships brought me to countries like Denmark, The Netherlands, South Korea and Singapore. While being in different parts of the world, I always tried to use the given opportunity and do the things I enjoy the most – travel. I love exploring different cultures and meeting people of diverse backgrounds. I believe this experience helped me to keep my mind open and develop an ever-growing mindset.

Given the complexity yet delicateness of the human bodily systems, one can argue that our body is a perfectly balanced mechanism. As a unit it’s been built and as a unit it shall be looked at. Omnia caught my attention by having a matching holistic view on helping people reach their health goals.

Safety and efficiency are the key pillars of my work. Seeing my clients progressing and improving their quality of life makes being a coach an incredibly rewarding job for me.
