I am originally from Belgium and I have always been passionate about strength training and health optimization. Throughout my career I have learned from renowned industry leaders and continuously I seek to improve my knowledge and put it into practice, both for my clients and for the company vision. I regularly attend seminars and education programs at home and abroad. Lately I have been studying about functional nutrition to optimize brain function.

I have worked as a coach for over 10 years and with this experience and my education I have created a detailed approach focused on sustainable results. My view is that a consistent and structured training program, a nutritious, varied diet and optimum sleeping quality are the key building blocks for helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
